He cooks Asian food, with Indonesia as his main source of inspiration. This chef wrote the book: “Lotus” – from garbage collector to star chef, in which he is completely honest about the ups and downs in his life. An inspiring story for colleagues and guests. Lotus gets a sequel, from book to its own kitchen.
